Its focus is upon early-stage businesses within the technology sector, and its establishment driven by a lack of “small-sum” risk-capital, an absence of VC appetite for early-stage/start-up businesses, and, a shortage of appropriate counsel and advice.

3en’s target sectors include software, IT and IT services, telecoms, new media, electronics; its core aim is to assist in the transformation of innovative technology into sound, high growth businesses through the application of both capital - and management support.

It offers access to risk capital of up to £75,000.
